Return + Exchange Policy

 Returns & Exchanges may be accepted within 30 days of purchase date provided the following criteria are met:

In-Store Purchases

*Receipt is provided

*Tags must be attached

*Item has not been washed or worn

*Item is free of stains, holes and odors

*Clearance items: all sales are final!

 

Online Orders

Returns

*Return request is emailed to hello@shopthewharf.com within 30 days of purchase date

*Order number is provided

If return is approved:

*Item is shipped back to The Wharf Store within 7 business days at customer’s expense

*Tags must be attached

*Item has not been washed or worn

*Item is free of stains, holes and odors

If above criteria is met, a refund will be issued for the item(s) returned.

 

Exchanges

*Exchange request is emailed to hello@shopthewharf.com

*Order number is provided

If exchange is approved:

*An invoice will be issued for the cost of return shipping at customers expense, and a shipping label will be issued for the exchange

*Item  must shipped back to The Wharf Store within 7 business days

*Tags must be attached

*Item has not been washed or worn

*Item is free of stains, holes and odors

*If above criteria is met, an invoice will be issued for the cost of shipping and at customers expense and new item(s) will be shipped.
